We are now using an online system called Hallmaster for our weekend bookings. Regular bookings continue as normal.

Please follow the step-by-step instructions below to check availability, set up an account and request a booking.

The rate for weekend bookings is £37.50 per hour from 0800 to 2000 with a minimum hire period of four hours (£150).

The hire period includes your setting up and cleaning time. We only accept one booking each weekend day.

There is also a refundable security deposit of £200, payable with the hire fee.

Step 1

First check availability of the Saturday/Sunday date(s) you want, at least 7 days in advance.

Step 2

Find your selected date on the hall calendar and click the ‘+’ icon.

The first time, you will need to complete a form to create a Hallmaster account. This is required so that we have your contact information and you can see and manage your booking.

After the first time you will simply need to log in to Hallmaster on the right side of the page.

Step 3

Once logged in to Hallmaster, complete the booking request form.

The minimum hire duration is 4 hours between 0800 and 2000.
The security deposit is mandatory and is returned within a week or so after the event to your PayPal account.
Give us a short description of the event (e.g. “”Child’s party”).
Answer the last three questions, agree to the hire terms and submit the request.

Step 4

We will respond with an invoice for the hire and security deposit., normally within 2 working days. There will be a link to PayPal for payment.

You must pay within 48 hours or your request may be cancelled.
 
Once paid you will get a receipt immediately.
 
If there is any issue with your request we will contact you.
 

Step 5

Shortly after payment, we will send you a booking confirmation.

This will include the codes you need to access the car park and hall plus a checklist and other useful information for your hire.

Step 6

On the day you will have:

A Hire Manual (green) near the light switches in the bar with lots of information.

A checklist for opening and closing the hall, to complement the video.
